Since I joined the eMBA program at MIT Sloan in 2019, I have been surrounded by visionaries. Classmates, friends, colleagues, all embodying the spirit of entrepreneurship with innovative ideas.

But one problem unites them. . . they don’t know how to start.

Non technical founders with a great idea, little to no cash, minimal time, and asking themselves, “How do I build early MVPs and tests my idea?” or “How do I get feedback, prove out my concept, and get real data to the find investors?”

So they search for a technical co-founder and hire their own, often offshore, developers. And then spend less time being visionaries and more time in the weeds; attempting to translate their business requirements into technical work, determining if their developers are being efficient and scalable, or even using the appropriate technologies.
